Account & Data Deletion

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Fatecho app and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the prompts; your account enters the deletion flow.

You may also request deletion anytime by emailing [email protected]; we will process it within 7 business days.

2. What gets deleted

• Account data: email, nickname, avatar, credentials.
• Birth data you provided: date, time, place, gender.
• Content you created: readings, drift bottles, wishes (anonymized community posts are disassociated from your identity).
• Device identifiers: push tokens linked to your account are anonymized.

3. Retention and exceptions

• After deletion, your personal data is removed or anonymized from production systems within 90 days.
• Records we must keep by law (e.g. transaction ledgers) are retained for the minimum required period and no longer linked to your identity.
• Payment records for Google Play / Apple purchases are held by the respective platform; we keep only order ledgers without card numbers for support and refund compliance.
