Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Fatecho app or website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Entertainment purposes only

Fatecho provides Chinese astrology charts and readings for entertainment and self-exploration purposes only. Charts, readings, daily lines and AI dialogue do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind, and no outcome is guaranteed. Never delay seeking qualified professional advice because of anything you read in the Service.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your sign-in email and for keeping your account secure.
  • The birth data you enter should be information you are entitled to provide. Charts for third parties are your responsibility.
  • One person, one account. Don't share accounts or resell access.

4. Purchases, credits and membership

  • Books (Destiny Book, Annual Book) are one-time purchases of a generated reading, readable per the report-retention window below.
  • Books are generated instantly after purchase; once generated, the service is deemed fully delivered. Except where Apple or Google requires it, delivered content is non-refundable. If a purchase succeeded but a book was never generated, contact [email protected] and we will reissue or refund it.
  • Credits can be earned through in-app activities and used for readings and AI Dialogue; they do not expire. Credits are not sold separately on this site.
  • Membership renews automatically each month (current plans: $9.99/month, $59.90/year, or $129.00/3 years, as shown at purchase) until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Benefits and bonus credits apply only during an active period.
  • Report retention: generated readings stay readable for 2 months on the free or monthly tier, 6 months after an annual membership ends, and 12 months after a three-year membership ends.
  • Purchases are billed through Apple or Google, and their payment terms and refund policies apply. If a purchase fails or a book was never generated, contact[email protected] and we will make it right.
  • Prices are shown in USD; your store may convert to local currency.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't harass or defame others, including in the Same-Birthday Circle or Dome of Wishes.
  • Don't publish illegal content, content that harms minors, or content infringing others' rights.
  • Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, and don't resell generated readings commercially.
  • We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules; where feasible we'll explain why.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the birth data and wishes you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them to operate the Service (compute charts, generate readings, display wishes in the Dome). Generated readings are for your personal use; you may export and keep them.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text and branding, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Bazi itself is a traditional system that belongs to no one; our implementations, texts and designs belong to us.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is". Features may change; if we discontinue a paid feature you have purchased (e.g. a book or credits), we will provide a refund or substitute.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Fatecho's aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

10. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email[email protected]). See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and when.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Fatecho's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence. We'd rather fix problems directly — email us first.
